Glad to see that the Suns got the Roy-less Trail Blazers, although I have a feeling they'd outscore the Blazers even with Roy in the lineup. Damn that's awesome. Hopefully the Jazz can survive the Nuggets, but its gonna be tough.
I still think the Cavs will easily win the series against the Bulls. Probably 4-1 or 4-2. But then again the East is the weaker conference, so an 8 seed out there is really an 8 seed-the Thunder would be way higher out East

Rumors are brewing that Delonte West has been sleeping with LeBron's mom.
Yipe!

That was spectacular, Otis. If he made that, my eyes might have popped out.
Lakers in 5, Magic in 7, and Lakers in 6.

Does that count as the good ol' hop step? The NBA is so lax with it's travel calls though, that it doesn't really bother me as much as it used to.
The Celts have been a real surprise, I didn't think they'd take both games at Orlando. A Lakers-Celtics rematch is probably David Stern's hope right now.

Rondo took four steps. That's gotta be a travel.

It certainly was embarrassing. All those off-season moves for nothing.

The Lakers murdered the Celtics tonight. So now I'm left to wonder how Game 7 will go.

Even though I think the NBA is mostly unwatchable, I willprobably tune in to game 7.
Lakers by 6.

Damn those Lakers. Now we may never see those Better off Ted episodes.

Lakers by 6. | I keep thinking that Kobe will win the game with a last minute clutch shot that will have people singing his praises. Meanwhile, I'll be off to vomit over the sickening love fest for the guy. Kobe hater for life here.

I'm all for a Knicks revival. They have been irrelevant for the last decade. Their fans deserve better.

I hate all NY teams, so no I hope the Knicks don't end up ever fielding a good team again. D-Wade with Lebron in NYC is my nightmare.

So the Knicks get Amare...one can only hope that he doesn't injury his knee in the first game of the season and be out the rest of the year. Kidding aside, it's not a bad move, given how they've botched their chances of getting LeBron. The options are a lot more limited than it seemed since other teams are probably going to scoop up the other premier players, but I'm glad they were able to get at least someone.

Wade + Bosh in Miami, which my 5% optomistic side is hoping means Lebron might think harder about New York now that we have Amare.
Of course, Prima donna #1 is going to make a live primetime announcement of his decision on ESPN. Despite being supremely annoyed by both him and ESPN, I don't blame his camp for milking this shit for all it's worth. And of course, I'll be tuned in and most likely have my hopes crushed yet again.
