Just a matter of staying healthy. Now let's see if Riggleman handles him better than he did Kerry Wood.

Yeah, Stras-his-name can throw a ball or somethin'.

Did you know there's now a Tater Tot Tracker to see who the slowest and fastest home run trotters are? Of Course, Big Papi David Ortiz is far and away the slowest in baseball, with 6 of the top 7 slowest trots.

Sure it came against the Pirates, but 14 Ks without issuing a single walk, plus only allowing 2 ERs is crazy awesome.

It annoys me to say so, but Adrian Beltre's HR last night was monsterous. Dude was on one knee.

LOL to you if you actually think that Dusty won't run the Reds' young staff into the ground like he did with Wood and Prior on the Cubs. If your lucky though, someone won't let him do it.

Sure the season is over, but it was nice to see the Cubs win a best of 4 series against the Phillies. We made Doc Holiday our beyotch, which is good.

Haha, cool. Capps is an awesome relief pitcher for the Nats-he's really stabilized their bullpen.

I know this is a typical Yankee fan thing to say, but after the way Scott Posednik rocked NYY this weekend, I'll be surprised if some team doesn't try to pick him up by the end of this weekend.

The Cubs taking a series from the Cardinals is awesome, even though they had a chance to go for the sweep and blew it. Thank you lower end of the St. Louis rotation-Jeff Suppan is awful, and the Cubs always take him deep. Colvin and Castro are doing great.
