Oh my God.
I actually started working on my own "Blame Primo" tee shirt designs for some reason. I don't know if something's wrong with me or what.

OMG I saw this on the forum index page and I had to come in here. I don't even watch Lost so I've never been in this forum before. This is so funny.

In the year 2007, Uma Therman will blame Primo.
What, he misspelled her name, too?

So I've always thought that the whole 'Blame Primo' movement was mainly just a harmless form of amusement, and then I read this:
"Primogeniture led to concentration of capital in the lands that used this method, which in turn led to industrialization; whereas equal sharing led to the fragmentation of property and industrial underdevelopment." Csikszentmihalyi, Flow, p. 176
So industrialization is Primo's fault!!!
Spoiler:
Although it's kind of a strange section - he's talking about studies of economic development in Germany (and he's actually a psychologist, so he's probably quoting other research here), but in Taiwan and Singapore, the big spur to economic development was actually the breaking up of the huge land holdings that had come to exist through Primogeniture-type arrangements...

I will now accept the forgiveness of those that doubted me. Any of you living in industrialized nations owe your very livelihoods to me. Harmless amusement? Hardly.
