... Jin.
Why?
He's the latest "victim" of the Lost/DUI curse.
‘Lost’ star Daniel Dae Kim arrested
Actor is show’s third celebrity to be arrested on suspicion of drunken driving
We all know what happened to the first two.

The show's already fading away from me, outta sight, outta mind. I was already down they broke up the 3 Amigos, now who knows if Hurley will be the only one left of them.
My biggest want for season 4 is the Lostaways to be rescued and off the island, but that'd take too much gull from a major network to be that creative and ambitious for such a change in direction. I'll be the perenial "just when you have the answers, 'Lost' changes the questions"-type move, where even the basic concept of them being lost has changed; now they'd be lost from the island. Who knows with this, tho?
I don't know if they'll actually fire him over this though, but the fact Mr. Eko, Ana Lucia and Libby all had DUI's or similar arrests and all got whacked shortly after...

I'll be pissed if they kill off Jin. He's one of my favorite characters.

Them killing off Jin (probably to save Sun from dying, who knows?) will only show how easily malleable the script to Lost really is. It's already proven that already with the early deaths of Ana Lucia, Libby and Eko (who was my favorite).

Eko's death angered me as well. I don't know what the word malleable means though. I actually think that in the scheme of things Ana and Libby's deaths served a purpose. Despite me not liking her very much, I really didn't like that they killed off Shannon and while it may have accomplished some things Boone's death ended what could have been a promising character arc.

People put far too much stock in what's obviously just a coincidence. This show only ever kills off minor characters, so if Josh, Terry, Evie or Matthew ever gets fired after a DUI, then I'd buy into the DUI/Death-on-show thoery.

Three DUI's, three character deaths that immediately followed. Given how unexpected and sudden they were (Libby and Eko especially, given they died with so many question still left in the air). Eko even had a couple of his own episodes, so where's the character development in building the character just to have him killed at the drop of a dime? Same with Libby, she was just reaching a new character arc with a relationship with Hurley (and that scene they were in the mental home together), but they kill her off at the same time the show was giving us her story. Who knows though, we'll just have to wait and see what happens to ol Jin then.

Kelley held on to Robert Downey for the longest time possible.
-We will be seeing more of Libby.
-Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje was caught driving without a license, it wasn't a DUI. And he asked to be written out of the show.

Frankly, there's not really anything left to Jin's character. I think his death/murder would really shake things up on the show and provide for some good viewin's.
